Jason became a Christian in 1992 and became a Bible Talk leader shortly after. He was given the opportunity to be part of the Penang mission team in 1994. A usually conservative man, Jason took a leap of faith by quitting his job and joining the mission team. He married Veron in 1995 and was called to lead the Punggol mission team immediately after their honeymoon. Although they had originally planned to stay in the East, Jason and Veron made changes to stay in Hougang so they can pioneer the Punggol mission team (now known as Northeast Singles and Parents Ministry).

Veron became a Christian in 1991 and has been a faithful leader in the church. Recalling their days of Punggol mission team, Veron has much to share about building tight fellowship and also remaining perseverant and faithful in challenging times. Together with Jason, they serve in different areas in the church: provide marriage couselling for many couples, serve as Kids Kingdom coordinator since 1995. Currently they are serving as working Zone Leaders for Northeast Parents overlooking two Parent Bible talk groups.

Jason is a Ticketing Manager with Commonwealth Travel Service Corporation and Veron is a Child Care Teacher at “House of Kids”. They have two beautiful girls.
