探访残障之家

CNN教区在每一个月的第三个星期日上午10点到12点之间，都回带着满满的热情，许多小组轮流去探访，残障红十字会之家，里面躺着七十多位，年龄从9-55岁之间的不幸智障者。他们都因小时患病而导致智障，因而终身躺在床上，也无法以言语沟通，所以我们会每一月都到那里，与他们分享一些关爱与温暖。我们会给他们作康乐、喂食、剪指甲、换衣服、按摩等活动。施比受更为有福，这项探访与活动，帮助我们常常感恩和满足，更加了解生命的意义和获得生活的力量。

Visit to Home for the Disabled

On the 3rd Sunday of every month, from 10am to noon, filled with compassion, Christians from the CNN region visits the Red Cross Home for the Disabled. The home has over 70 residents, aged between 9 to 55 years old. These residents suffer from mental disabilities due to illness at young age; they are bed-ridden and not able to communicate. We are there to shower these residents with our love and concern, to help them do exercises, feeding them, cutting their nails, area cleaning and even giving them massages. It is better to give then to receive, through these visits we are reminded to be grateful and contented. And we gained a deeper understanding to life.

照顾乐龄人士

乐龄协会的安排下，每一个月第二个星期六的下午3点到5点之间，这座乐龄组屋总是充满灿烂笑容与欢乐的笑声，因为我们都会探访这里的乐龄人士，我们设计许多游戏、歌唱、表演娱乐他们，与他们作伴，也会上他们的家打扫、清洁、收拾等，给他们服务。这些老人家就像我们的祖父母和朋友一样，无所不谈，快快乐乐的一起分享，就像一家人一样。

Serving the Elderly

On the 2nd Saturday of every month, from 3 pm to 5 pm, the void deck of this particular apartment block in Toa Payoh is always filled with laughter and joy. This is because we are there to bring them our fellowship through the many games, songs and performances we have prepared for them. We are also there to serve them by cleaning their apartments. They are just like our grandparents and our friends. We chat just about anything in the fellowship we share, as though we are one family.
